How to upgrade Ciphone C6

Pre-requisite:
z  USB Cable
z  PC (Windows XP or Vista)
z  Reset Pin

Steps:
1) Check the firmware version

2) If firmware version is:
C6xxxxx, pls download CiPhoneC6sxxx.exe
C6sxxxxx, pls download CiPhoneC6sxxx.exe
C6txxxxx, pls download CiPhoneC6txxx.exe

3) Double-click CiPhoneXXXX.exe, and follow the instructions to
complete the installation.
4)  It pops up a Windows to alert you to plug in the phone.

5) Before you plug in the phone into PC, you have to switch the phone
to “Download Mode”
6) Switch on the phone
7) Press “Power key”, “Volume Up” & “Home Key” simultaneously.
8) Hold these 3 keys simultaneously and then reset the phone

The phone will enter a “Download Mode”

    They sent me Ciphone C5.I told this to the office PayPal!Want Ciphone C6.

    Same problem here, even though some sellers claim theirs is in English as well. When asked for the firmware they tell you that you have been cheated by another seller and to take a hike. Even if I would decide to by another C6 who would buy from sellers with such friendly customer support () …

    english firmware is not developed by offical , so they will not publish this
